Cabaran 60 hari...Kurus dengan herbalife..Minggu Pertama

Hari Pertama (9 Oct)
Am - Formula 1 & F3
Lunch - Bihun goreng, sandwich & triffle
Dinner - Pizza hut
(arini fail...huhuuh byk sgt mkn...mula2 mmg susah nk follow kan...nafsu makan kuat sgt...hehehe)

Hari Ke 2
(10 Oct)
Am - Formula 1 & F3
Lunch - Nasi Putih & lauk pauk
Dinner - Epal
sit up - 30x

Hari Ke 3
(11 Oct)
Am - Formula 1 & F3
Lunch - Nasi Lemak & Muffin
Dinner - Epal (makan separuh jer...kenyang sgt...sebiji pun x leh abeskan )
sit up - 30x

Hari Ke 4 (12 Oct)
Am - Formula 1 & F3
Lunch - Nasi putih 1/2, ikan pari bakaq
Dinner - Epal & buah tampoi
exercise - skipping 1000x
sit up - 30x

Hari Ke 5 (13 Oct)
Am - Formula 1 & F3
Lunch - Nasi putih 1/2, ayam bakaq & telur goreng
Dinner - Epal
exercise - Light exercise 20 minutes
sit up - 40x

Hari Ke 6 (14 Oct)
Am - Formula 1 & F3
Lunch - Spicy Deluxe Burger
Dinner - Epal
sit up - 40x

Hari Ke 7 (15 Oct)
Am - Formula 1 & F3
Lunch - Nasi putih, ayam goreng, kuah kari, bergedil n sayur tempe
Dinner - KUAH LAKSA sahaja...huhuh

Hmmm...x sabar nk tau kg terbaru...tp sure turun sbb rajin sggh sit up...klu buat dlm bentuk jadual, lg syok ni...hehehe (pepandai je kn?)
