Dh trn 2.2kg...bestnya...tp kena rajin exercise, sit up n kawal makan ek....syoknya dh trn berat.

nk cepat turun...kena rajin exercise la skit...n at the same time can save our cost as well...hhehehe...x payah amik for the long time...
