Cabaran 60 hari...Kurus dengan herbalife..Minggu Ketiga

Berat Mula - 59.6kg

Berat selepas 2 mgu - 57.4kg

Berat selepas 3 mgu - no update sbb aku tak timbang time period...(pada sesapa yg x tahu...time kita period..badan kita akan naik dlm 1-2kg...nk citer detail..aku pun x pandai sgt...tp cuba la google dlm tenet...korang akn dpt tahu apa sebabnya)...so kena tgu mgu ke-4 baru aku nk timbang lain...so tgu ok....huhuuhuh..


Hari Ke 15 (23 Oct)
Am - Formula 1 & F3
Lunch - Nasi putih, kailan ikan masin, telur goreng & daging masak kicap
Dinner - Bihun goreng
Exercise - Skipping 50x

Hari Ke 16
(24 Oct)
Am - Formula 1 & F3...karipap 1
Lunch - Nando, bihun sup, kuih bengkang
Dinner - None
Exercise - Skipping 1000x
Sit up - 50x

Hari Ke 17
(25 Oct)
Am - Formula 1 & F3...kuih kacang
Lunch - Cheese tart & hotdog bun
Dinner - Ikan masak kari 1/2 n ikan goreng 1/2
Exercise - Skipping 500x
Sit up - 50x

Hari Ke 18 (26 Oct)
Am - Formula 1 & F3
Lunch - Yong tau fu n goreng pisang
Dinner - Pisang & Kurma
Exercise - Light Exercise 10 minutes
Sit up - 50x

Hari Ke 19 (27 Oct)

Lunch - Ns goreng kampung, kurma 1, kerepok lekor 1
Dinner - Epal
